I'm seeking an entry-level IT Support or Help Desk role.

At Bucks County Community College, I completed computer maintenance labs installing and configuring Windows 10/11, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and upgrading PC hardware.

I'm pursuing a Cybersecurity Certificate at Thomas Edison State University, where I’m completing network security labs in virtual environments. I’m seeking an entry-level IT Support or Help Desk role.
