I’m a Commercial Assistant Officer with experience delivering accurate billing control and fast customer problem resolution. At Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO), I handle daily customer concerns, ensure billing accuracy, maintain MCO billing records, and check courts matters to support smooth operations.

Previously, I worked as a Human Resource Officer at Shan Associates, where I supported payroll and maintained employee records. I also contributed to HR initiative systems, counseling on policies, planning training (including new staff inductions), analyzing training needs, and assisting with performance management.

My early career built strong service and systems exposure, including telesales work (Eitsalat Sales), hotel front office and housekeeping support, and hands-on experience using platforms such as Opera, wish.net, and MS Access. I’m comfortable working across customer-facing and administrative environments while keeping records organized and up to standard.

I bring strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Urdu), the ability to learn new technicalities quickly, and a collaborative leadership mindset. With my blend of commercial, HR, and service experience, I aim to contribute to a dynamic organization with ample opportunities to grow professionally.
