My education includes Matric (very good), Intermediate, and ongoing BSc through AIOU, along with a foundation in numerical and analytical skills. I bring stable confidence, patience, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

Professionally, I’ve worked in customer service with team leadership experience, and I’ve also contributed through QA and customer relation roles. I’ve used tools like Windows and Excel, and I’m comfortable handling internet browsing and office responsibilities while supporting customers and teams.
