In my current role as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) at Zong CM Pak, I handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer complaints professionally, and ensure accurate information for prepaid and MBB (Mobile Broadband) queries. I log customer interactions and complaints in CRM systems with attention to detail, follow call handling protocols, and educate customers on digital channels like MyZong App, USSD codes, and online recharge methods.

Earlier, I completed internships that strengthened my sales and commercial mindset, including supporting territory-wise volume and value targets, optimizing daily sales routes, managing in-store merchandising, and monitoring competitor activity through market visits. I also prepared reports, updated the Channel Management Dashboard (CMD), and supported lead generation, client inquiries, documentation, and daily sales reporting.
