I’m seeking an HR role focused on benefits administration, HRIS ownership, and employee support within an inclusive, collaborative organization that values accuracy and growth.

I am a people-driven HR professional with hands-on experience administering benefits, managing HRIS platforms, and supporting onboarding across multi-site organizations. I have managed benefits for up to 1,500 employees, supported open enrollment, processed enrollments and terminations, and served as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.

I have worked across HR generalist functions including recruiting, training coordination, policy development, and HR compliance, and have collaborated with senior leadership on compensation structure changes. I bring strong accuracy, a commitment to inclusion, and proficiency with HRIS systems (iSolved, Paycor, Paycom, Relias) and Microsoft Office to drive efficient HR operations.
