I’m looking for an HR/People Operations role where I can own benefits and leave compliance, keep HRIS data accurate, and improve workflows—partnering cross-functionally to deliver thoughtful, employee-centered support in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a SHRM-CP certified Human Resources professional with 4+ years of experience supporting employee lifecycle functions in fast-paced environments. I focus on employee-centered service while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and reliable operations.

In my most recent role, I supported People Operations for 200+ employees—owning onboarding and offboarding, administering health/dental/vision and disability/retirement benefits, and managing leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, and Paid Family Leave). I also maintained HR documentation and records, served as a primary point of contact for sensitive benefits and leave inquiries, and kept HRIS data integrity through routine audits and validation.

I’m known for cross-functional collaboration and process improvement, including coordinating annual open enrollment (communications, HRIS testing, validation, and post-enrollment audits) and producing standard and ad hoc HR/benefits reporting for compliance and leadership needs. I’ve also adapted quickly through HRIS transitions to maintain continuity in employee support.
