In my current HR Benefits Specialist role, I administer benefits programs and manage eligibility, enrollment, and deductions with a strong ACA compliance focus. I process and verify payroll data, reconcile compensation and benefits contributions across HRIS and payroll systems, and conduct recurring audits to ensure regulatory alignment. I use advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables) and strong Workday proficiency to validate data and support accurate reporting.
Previously, as a Benefits Administrator, I managed full-cycle benefits administration—enrollments, terminations, qualifying life events, and payroll updates across HRIS and payroll systems.
