What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior operations/CX role where I can scale marketplace and DTC businesses using SOPs, automation, and data-driven decision-making in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

I am an operations and customer experience leader with hands-on ownership of regulated, high-stakes environments and multi-channel e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and DTC. I have a proven track record scaling operations, building SOP-driven processes, and driving revenue growth through data, workflow optimization, and customer insight.

In my most recent role I held full P&L and operational ownership for multi-channel marketplaces, leading catalog strategy, vendor relationships, pricing, and channel performance. I led post-purchase journey initiatives that improved retention and reviews, established operational playbooks and training systems, and implemented workflow automation to reduce inefficiencies.
