I seek an operations or retail management role in a growth-oriented company where I can optimize efficiency, lead logistics and vendor operations, apply data-driven decision-making, and grow professionally within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

I am an operations and retail manager with a strong background in customer service and a BBA education.

At ShopUp I managed logistics, supply chain, and vendor operations for Bangladesh’s first B2B startup, where I streamlined workflows and improved operational efficiency to support rapid business growth. Earlier I handled high-volume customer interactions at Genex Infosys, resolving inquiries and consistently meeting service targets.

I am currently Retail Manager at Green Grosar in Cyberjaya while pursuing a Master of Business Science at City University to strengthen my business and data-driven decision-making skills. I bring strong MS Office, communication, organizational abilities, and a willingness to adapt strategies to changing conditions.
