I am a knowledgeable manager who combines strong communication with an analytical, attentive approach to keep clients engaged and resolve issues.

As Owner & Manager of an online clothing store (2020–2022) I promoted products, increased sales, managed social media and handled customer communications. I also worked as a Customer Representative/Assistant Manager in a restaurant (2022–2023), maintaining high standards of service and cash management.

I am completing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Management after earning a Diploma in Business and O levels, which equips me with both theoretical and practical business skills. I train new candidates and bring hands-on experience in operations, cash handling and customer service. I am proficient with Microsoft Office, Office 365, Canva and social media design tools.

I am looking for a role in business or management where I can apply my customer-focused mindset, grow into leadership, and contribute to sales and team development with optimism.
