What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead HR initiatives that improve employee retention—mediating fairly, strengthening onboarding, coaching teams, and using HR data to drive results while maintaining a safe, respectful workplace.

I’m a results-oriented HR and customer service professional with 20 years of hands-on experience, combining strong communication with a high-energy, people-first approach. I build retention-focused strategies, coach teams, and lead with fairness and consistency.

As an HR Manager, I mediated workplace disputes, guided disciplinary procedures, and conducted exit interviews to identify trends in employee retention and satisfaction. I administered compensation and benefits, tracked payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and pay changes, and created competitive salary structures using industry compensation standards.

I also oversee workplace safety and workers' compensation claims, partnering to reduce costs and maintain a safe environment. My leadership includes onboarding and orientation process management, while helping employees develop individual management skills, goal-setting, networking, and ongoing monitoring.
