What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead sales teams and revenue growth in a customer-focused organization where I can use market insight, coaching, cross-functional partnership, and executive communication to improve performance.

At Jayman Built, I lead, coach, and develop approximately 33 sales professionals across 18 communities, supporting a portfolio of roughly 450–500 annual home sales and $290M–$325M in annual sales volume.

I've translated market data, pricing decisions, promotions, customer behaviour, and competitor insights into practical sales strategy, executive recommendations, and customer-facing messaging. I coach teams through discovery, follow-up, negotiation, objections, purchase agreements, and complex high-value customer decisions.

My background also includes financial services at BMO, local marketing and new-home sales at Trico Homes, and customer service at JOEY Restaurant Group. I bring commercial discipline, relationship-building, and people leadership across fast-moving, customer-focused environments.
