I am an entry-level Human Resources professional currently expanding my HR skills while leveraging substantial experience in air ticketing, travel sales and client management. I bring hands-on operational experience from hospitality and travel agencies, with a focus on group ticketing, MICE coordination and customer service.

At Kesari Tours & Travel I handled domestic and international ticketing on Amadeus and Galileo, managed 39 total groups and worked with corporate clients such as Bajaj, Mahindra, VIVO, LIC and Godrej, improving group reconciliation and closure reporting. In sales roles I consistently met targets, maintained ERP records and secured repeat business through positive client experiences.

In my current role in Mauritius I supervise outsourced F&B staff, manage attendance and rostering in Excel, and act as a mediator between outsourced employees and hotel management to resolve issues professionally. My background combines operational oversight, stakeholder coordination and strong communication skills across English, Hindi and Marathi.

I hold a Post Graduate Course in International Travel, a BBA in International Business and a certified course in Human Resource Management. I am organized, adaptable and eager to grow in HR functions such as recruitment, talent management and employee relations while continuing to apply my travel, ticketing and client-service expertise.
