My expertise lies in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration, where I have successfully assisted in the recruitment and onboarding of over 20 employees. During my internship at Intersil Investments, I supported payroll administration and acted as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
