I am looking for a customer-facing role where I can use CRM and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues, contribute to team success, and grow into higher-responsibility support or customer success positions.

I am a customer support professional with hands-on experience in inbound and semi-voice processes for banking and automotive clients, resolving queries and complaints end-to-end.
