I’m a dedicated customer service professional with experience in remote call center support, transportation services, leadership, and fast-paced customer-facing environments. I bring strong communication, scheduling, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to every interaction.
In my AT&T; Call Center — Remote role (2019–2020), I assisted customers with billing questions, account support, and service issues. I handled high-volume inbound and outbound calls, resolved concerns through clear communication, and documented interactions with accurate account updates.
