I’m looking for a team where I can own full-cycle recruiting, build diverse pipelines, and improve hiring speed through data. I want to partner closely with leaders, run structured interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who leads full-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake through offer acceptance. I partner with business leaders and advisory teams to define hiring needs and execute targeted sourcing strategies.

In my current role at Hightower Advisors, I’ve successfully hired all Summer 2026 intern cohorts across multiple companies and advisory teams. I consistently complete hires in under 40 days, improving time-to-fill and overall hiring efficiency.

Previously, at Metra, I managed end-to-end recruiting for classified and unclassified government roles, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and agency hiring regulations. I developed strategic sourcing plans using USAJobs, internal databases, veteran outreach, and community partnerships, while supporting structured, merit-based, EEO/AA-aligned selection.
