I’m a results-driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager with 10 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting across high-volume manufacturing, corporate, healthcare, technical, and non-technical roles. I handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and offer execution, while specializing in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Leadership, HR, Marketing, IT, Accounting, Executive, and Hospitality talent acquisition.

I build strong pipelines through community partnerships, local schools, job fairs, and open interview events, while enhancing employer brand and candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement. I also report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure my process stays aligned with compliance requirements.
