What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a talent acquisition function—building strategy and employer brand, improving candidate experience, and running KPI- and ATS-driven recruiting operations while coaching teams to deliver high-impact, compliant hiring.

I’m a Retained Principal Recruiter focused on full-cycle hiring across corporate functions and on strengthening companies’ recruiting foundations from the ground up. I lead recruiting teams, develop talent acquisition strategy, and align hiring to business strategy and workforce succession planning.

I build employer branding and candidate experiences that improve outcomes, while also creating weekly and monthly TA data reporting to track KPIs and guide stakeholder decisions. I’m especially hands-on with ATS governance—vetting ATS vendors, protecting data integrity, and ensuring EEOC compliance.

Earlier, as a Senior Technical Recruiter, I managed the process from req open to offer by partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand department culture and talent profiles. I coached leaders on selection processes and compliance, helping set competitive offers and strengthen internal recruiting execution.

I’ve also led teams in fast-paced environments, including training on sourcing strategies, boolean search, interview techniques, and candidate experience. Across my roles—from full desk recruiting and business development to specialized recruiting in healthcare—I bring structured process, clear communication, and measurable results.
