At Spectrum, I supported residential internet customers in a high-volume call center, diagnosing Wi-Fi, modem, router, and connectivity issues to restore service. I also guided self-installations, scheduled technician appointments, and documented troubleshooting resolutions.

Previously at Allstate, I handled inbound and outbound customer communications involving account updates, billing questions, policy changes, and service requests. I used Salesforce CRM to maintain records, follow up proactively, and build strong customer relationships.

My experience also includes guiding vehicle purchases at CarMax and conducting more than 100 daily B2B interviews at Moody's Analytics to maintain accurate commercial real estate data. At Moody's, I performed quality reviews, researched property contacts, processed data corrections, and trained new employees.
