I am an experienced community leader with a proven track record in engagement and member satisfaction within UK communities, particularly among Founders, C-Suite, and board-level members. My passion lies in driving systemic change through impactful digital and in-person community experiences.

Currently, as a Digital Community Specialist at The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, I lead the management and optimization of the Challenge Platform, ensuring a seamless user experience while fostering innovation in the future of food. My role involves analyzing engagement data to share compelling stories that showcase our impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and hosting dynamic digital experiences for participants.

Previously, I served as Community Manager and Head of Membership at Helm, where I supported members throughout their journey, facilitated connections, and managed community discussions.
