I've led global community, marketing, and player experience work for Activision Blizzard, Amazon Game Studios, Microsoft, Tencent, and Creative Assembly. My work spans AAA games, live services, competitive titles, and emerging Web3 platforms.

At Activision Blizzard, I rebuilt the EMEA Community department, increased engagement by 150%, and founded the Diablo 4 Sanctuary Discord server, which became the 10th largest in the world. I also introduced cross-franchise community health metrics into leadership decision-making.

At Creative Assembly, I directed a 20-person Community, Player Experience, Social, and Content Marketing team while managing global marketing for Total War titles and DLC. At Amazon Game Studios, I launched global community strategy for The Grand Tour Game, with social media driving 15% of the playerbase.
