What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote care coordination, telehealth, patient access, healthcare operations, or health-program roles where I can improve patient follow-through, documentation, workflows, and access to care.

I've coordinated patient-facing care at Simply Salud Clinic, including appointments, specialist referrals, records requests, laboratory-result notifications, payment processing, and prescription-access support. I use EMR systems to document services, support continuity of care, and train new apprentices on patient-flow and clinical workflows.

At the UNM Hospital Psychiatry Department and New Mexico Center for Health Policy, I supported Mobile Crisis Team research across 10 New Mexico counties. I built surveys, maintained program data and tracking workflows, produced quarterly reports for four federal grants, and presented research and data to state legislative committees.

I'm also an MBA candidate with a BA in Chemistry, active BLS certification, and Arabic and English language skills. My work combines patient-centered communication, reliable documentation, healthcare operations, staff training, and high-volume customer support.
