I am a healthcare professional with extensive experience in care coordination, healthcare administration, member services, and healthcare operations. I currently serve as a Program Lead in Care Coordination, supporting members, coordinating services, collaborating with providers, and helping improve continuity and quality of care. My background also includes home care, nursing facilities, and patient support.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and am currently pursuing my Master of Public Health (MPH). I am particularly interested in advancing my career in care management leadership, population health, health equity, quality improvement, healthcare program management, and healthcare operations. I am also interested in roles focused on improving access to care and health outcomes for underserved populations.
