Previously at Landmark Health, I completed patient check-ins, conducted in-home diabetic retinopathy exams and A1C testing, and helped patients navigate benefits and community resources. I coordinated referrals for programs including Medicaid Waivers, Meals on Wheels, Senior Options, and Passport Program.

My clinical background includes supporting dermatology, pediatric specialty, emergency, maternal-fetal medicine, acute care, and women’s services teams. I’ve handled clinical documentation, patient education, injections, lab collections, inventory, physician orders, and care coordination.

I bring 14+ years of patient advocacy, workflow support, and healthcare operations experience, communicating in both English and Spanish.
