What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare role where I can apply workflow analysis, scheduling, documentation, and compliance skills to support efficient care delivery, improve patient satisfaction, and contribute to administrative excellence.

I’m a detail-oriented Healthcare Management student graduating a year early, with strong foundational knowledge in healthcare administration, operations, patient support services, and compliance. I’ve developed practical experience through workflow analysis, documentation, scheduling, coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.

I support healthcare administrative projects by collecting data, improving processes, strengthening documentation and planning, and helping teams deliver on time. I also lead projects analyzing care coordination, patient satisfaction, access-to-care issues, and operational efficiency—communicating findings through presentations and team collaboration.
