What I'm looking for

I seek a people experience role where I can combine coaching, talent development and DEI initiatives to improve wellbeing and measurable performance.

I am a People Development Expert and ICF-certified Business Coach with 15+ years of cross-sector experience and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development. I combine empathy and structure to deliver measurable, people-centered and data-informed improvements.

Over the past 7+ years I’ve provided 250+ hours of ICF-based individual coaching, designed e-learning and workshops on stress management and burnout prevention, and partnered with organizations to strengthen employee mental health and internal collaboration.

I’ve consulted for HR, IT and business teams to optimize processes and onboarding, led DEI and community initiatives, and supported reward and talent strategies in large-scale projects—always focused on helping individuals grow in their roles while improving team performance.
