I am a dedicated HR professional with over 3.5 years of progressive experience in employee relations, DEI leadership, and talent development. My journey has been marked by a commitment to building trusted partnerships with managers and supporting change initiatives that foster inclusive workplace environments. I have a proven track record in program creation and cross-functional collaboration, which has allowed me to deliver scalable HR solutions in dynamic settings.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at DHL Supply Chain, where I act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. My role involves guiding decisions on performance, engagement, compliance, and DEI alignment. I take pride in having designed and led a company-wide English language program aimed at improving workforce inclusion. Additionally, I lead the Black Leaders Employee Resource Group, focusing on development and community-building across our sites.

My educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Dayton. I am passionate about supporting teams through culture-building and engagement strategies, and I am eager to grow into a People Partner role where I can further contribute to people operations.
