At Valvoline South Africa, I manage local and export customer orders, coordinating customers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams through the full order-to-delivery cycle.

I process sales orders in SAP, manage back-order allocations, track deliveries for local and African export markets, and support regulatory compliance and shipping documentation. I also produce management reports and provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing Managers.

Previously, I supported customer order fulfilment at Sasol, Robert Bosch, Ampaglas, Sony, and FNB across manufacturing, automotive, chemical, electronics, and financial services environments.

I'm focused on resolving customer concerns, maintaining clear stock and delivery communication, and keeping sales, supply chain, transport, and customer service operations moving efficiently.
