What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead full-cycle product delivery for GenAI and conversational-AI features, partnering with business and engineering to turn discovery into launched outcomes. I value agile execution, measurable impact, and strong data privacy/guardrails.

I’m a Senior Product Manager with a hybrid background in product management, delivery, and technical analysis, built on a computer science engineering foundation. I’m known for exceptional cross-functional collaboration—partnering with business teams to define clear requirements and drive tangible business outcomes.

At Temasek International, I owned end-to-end delivery of a web and iOS employee super-app, consolidating legacy systems into a centralized corporate intranet and launching micro-apps (compliance, bookings, rewards). The result was ~100% adoption and 80% weekly active usage (WAU), plus a 0-to-1 internal GenAI knowledge assistant that grew engagement from 10% in Year 1 to ~60% MAU by Year 2.

I also led lifecycle and rollout of a talent management platform with LLM-powered skills extraction and talent insights—while enforcing strict data privacy and regional governance. Before that, as a Senior AI Product Owner at Netomi (fka MSG AI), I led product execution and client deployments, partnering with NLP engineers to build intent models and integration flows, then used analytics and experimentation to improve automation rates, reduce latency, and lift CSAT.

Earlier, I transitioned from engineering into a technical Business Analyst role at BlackRock on the Aladdin platform and supported software development for the iShares ETF trading platform. Recently, I’m independently shipping a PM learning workspace through the full product lifecycle, using Claude Code and grounded product decision-making backed by cognitive science meta-analyses—with honest gaps documented.
