At ServiceNow, I was the founding product manager for AI Control Tower, helping take the enterprise AI governance platform from Early Access through General Availability. I worked with enterprise design partners to shape its first version and filed a patent application as a named inventor for a CMDB-based AI asset inventory design.

At ServiceNow, I also took Manager Hub from strategy through launch, reaching about 1,200 global customers. For Employee Document Management, I shaped the roadmap across four major releases and contributed to 40% growth in the sales pipeline.

Earlier, at OpenText Corporation, I launched Event Action Center and worked on Content Suite Platform; at Oracle India, I designed and developed features for Unifier. During my current career break, I’m completing the Curious PM cohort and built a personal product portfolio using Claude Code, deployed on Vercel.
