The hard part of technology has never been the code. It's the judgment — knowing which problem is actually worth solving, where AI creates real leverage instead of theatre, and how to keep a team shipping quality when the pressure is on. That's been the throughline of my last 16 years.
As Senior Product Manager at Mantrika.ai, I lead product for an AI recruitment platform where AI-shortlisted candidates advance to later interview rounds, and initial screening dropped from hours to minutes. We built the system to recommend rather than decide — in high-consequence workflows, trust beats automation.
Founded Milago.ai — an AI meeting-intelligence SaaS that joins your meetings on Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, works out what kind of meeting it was, and extracts what that context calls for — an action board of tasks with owners, decisions, follow-ups — so no one takes notes and nothing agreed gets lost.
I lead from close to the work: hands-on enough to earn technical trust, senior enough to own the strategy, the stakeholders, and the commercials. I've learned that teams don't move fast because you push them — they move fast because they trust each other and know what "good" looks like. Building that is most of the job.
That instinct was earned the hard way — across fast-moving product teams, from zero-to-one builds to systems running at scale. I've sat on both sides of the table: the boardroom and the codebase.
What keeps me curious is the seam between people and software — why some teams ship and others stall, and how AI is quietly rewriting both.

Lead shared AI transformation across recruitment, talent intelligence and employee services. Built avatar interviews and interviewer-assist agents; processed 30,000+ resumes; screening cut from hours to minutes. Employee platform: 200 staff, 100% initial logins, ~50% weekly active. Separately built payroll, delivery tracking and GTM/CRM with AI campaign and pipeline insights.

Founded Milago.ai: AI meeting intelligence turning meetings into tasks, knowledge and insights. Auto-joins Teams, Zoom and Google Meet; tailors outputs to eight business contexts. Built web, desktop and Android apps, Claude Code/Codex/Cursor integrations, subscriptions, payments and enterprise controls. Owned product end to end; launched web and desktop in ~3 months as sole builder.

Led AI strategy and transformation consulting for construction and biomedical clients: assessed processes, prioritized AI opportunities and defined roadmaps. Built AI-assisted bid/no-bid decision support using team-supplied parameters; designed a biomedical literature-synthesis assistant. Owned scope, pricing, milestones and client relationships.
Promoted Manager to Senior Manager. Led transformation programmes across EY service lines, raising project efficiency 15%. Product-owned an internal resource-scheduling platform rolled out to a ~5,000-employee workforce. Built executive dashboards (visibility up 30%), consolidated duplicate projects (20% less admin overhead) and ran the Entrepreneurship Program and Bench Management initiative.
Built and led the test-automation practice from scratch, creating a framework and 250+ scripts that eliminated 2 days of manual regression per sprint. Managed client relationships across Scrum ceremonies and drove shift from manual to automated testing.
