The hard part of technology has never been the code. It's the judgment — knowing which problem is actually worth solving, where AI creates real leverage instead of theatre, and how to keep a team shipping quality when the pressure is on. That's been the throughline of my last 16 years.
As Senior Product Manager at Mantrika.ai, I lead product for an AI recruitment platform where AI-shortlisted candidates advance to later interview rounds, and initial screening dropped from hours to minutes. We built the system to recommend rather than decide — in high-consequence workflows, trust beats automation.
Founded Milago.ai — an AI meeting-intelligence SaaS that joins your meetings on Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, works out what kind of meeting it was, and extracts what that context calls for — an action board of tasks with owners, decisions, follow-ups — so no one takes notes and nothing agreed gets lost.
I lead from close to the work: hands-on enough to earn technical trust, senior enough to own the strategy, the stakeholders, and the commercials. I've learned that teams don't move fast because you push them — they move fast because they trust each other and know what "good" looks like. Building that is most of the job.
That instinct was earned the hard way — across fast-moving product teams, from zero-to-one builds to systems running at scale. I've sat on both sides of the table: the boardroom and the codebase.
What keeps me curious is the seam between people and software — why some teams ship and others stall, and how AI is quietly rewriting both.
