What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-support role where I can negotiate, resolve issues efficiently, and meet performance targets—while improving customer experience through compliant processes, data-driven improvements, and continuous learning.

I’m an experienced, adaptable customer support professional focused on delivering excellent service. In my current role, I negotiate with service providers to reduce customers’ monthly bills, handle outbound and project-based calls, and use persuasion and objection-handling while staying within compliance and call-ethics frameworks.

I bring a psychology background from my internship work, where I conducted supervised psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and behavioral observations in substance-use rehabilitation. I helped with treatment planning and psychoeducation, participated in individual and group therapy, and maintained detailed clinical records with strict confidentiality and ethical boundaries.

I’ve also led digital growth initiatives as a Lead Dropshipping Specialist, including managing a team of four to design, develop, and launch dropshipping-based online stores for international clients. I served as the primary liaison between clients and the development team, supported hiring and onboarding, and delivered training to improve dropshipping operations and e-commerce best practices.
