What I'm looking for

I’m seeking customer-facing or email support roles where I can apply data verification, email marketing, and product evaluation skills to improve customer satisfaction and product quality while growing into broader product or team responsibilities.

I am a customer-focused support specialist who handles orders, returns and product inquiries across marketplaces like Amazon, BestBuy, Temu, Walmart and Rona, delivering prompt, polite responses to maintain customer satisfaction. I process return requests according to each store’s policies and provide clear, timely communication to resolve issues.

I have tested Temu products and provided actionable feedback to improve usability, managed email marketing campaigns to boost open and click rates, and maintained data accuracy through verification and cleanup using Excel and internal tools. I’m currently studying an ADP in ITM to strengthen my IT and project-management skills and to better support product strategy and quality assurance.
