What I'm looking for
Out of 10 years of experience, Sales, Client Relations, and Business & Brand Development have been the core spheres of my foundation (first 6 years). These highly people oriented roles helped me learn how to transfer and integrate diverse transferable skills, which later became my favorite L&D topic. This experience enabled me to transition into Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Operations.
Starting off the IT industry and continuing to expand from there, I have successfully contributed to building teams, setting up processes and establishing a country branch from scratch. In addition, I have restructured and led HR teams and laid the foundation for operations and recruitment. I enjoy working on HR learning initiatives and providing training in soft skills, especially those required for sales and recruitment success.
