Working closely with the CTO and Director of Engineering, I have successfully sourced high-quality candidates from diverse time zones. One of my proudest achievements has been hiring the Director of Engineering, which has allowed me to contribute significantly to building a strong technical team.

Previously, I worked at CRAFT.CO as a Recruiter, where I expanded teams of Content Managers and Financial Analysts across multiple regions. I enhanced the hiring process by implementing a new Applicant Tracking System, which streamlined our workflow and improved the candidate experience. My commitment to excellence in recruitment has consistently resulted in sourcing 8-10 qualified candidates per day, demonstrating my dedication to finding the best talent.
