I am a dedicated customer service advisor with a Master's degree in Management and extensive experience in hospitality and event management. Currently, I am employed at Fexco, where I investigate and resolve customer queries while managing a customer database with a strong focus on data protection and confidentiality laws. My role involves executing operations across multiple CRMs and ensuring a seamless customer experience through various communication channels.

Previously, I worked as an Event Coordinator and Reservations Agent at O'Donoghue Ring Collection, where I successfully coordinated events, meetings, and weddings, enhancing customer relations and retention. My academic background includes a BA in Cultural Studies from the University of Rijeka, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in cultural management and event execution.
