In my current night-shift role with The Multiple, I apply market-specific KYC, AML, Responsible Gambling and player-protection procedures across Curaçao-licensed, UKGC, Swedish and Finnish requirements. I investigate complex cases and coordinate escalations with Payments, Fraud, AML, Responsible Gambling and Technical teams.

Previously, I exceeded sales targets at APRC Corporation Limited by acquiring and retaining high-value postpaid customers, while managing activations, renewals, upgrades and follow-ups. I also brought player-facing live casino experience from Portomaso Casino and Stakelogic Live, where I maintained game integrity and broadcast standards.

I work independently in high-volume environments, keep accurate CRM documentation and prioritise cases requiring urgent specialist review. My background combines customer support, payments, verification, complaint handling and cross-cultural communication.
