At bet365, I conduct end-to-end KYC/KYB due diligence, adverse media screening, and customer risk profiling across jurisdictions including the UK, Australia, Malta, Argentina, and Brazil. I analyse documentation, screen PEPs, watchlists, and sanctions, and escalate high-risk accounts and SAR-related concerns.
Previously, I supported customers at bet365 and Paddy Power Betfair with verification, fraud and payment-risk issues, betting queries, and multilingual service in English and Spanish. I also train new starters and continue building my AML knowledge through an ICA Anti Money Laundering certificate.
