What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can resolve claims with accuracy, empathy, and strong communication. I want a team that values KPI performance and continuous improvement, while empowering me to manage cases and customer expectations effectively.

I’m a Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster focused on investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims with clear, policy-driven decisions. I apply knowledge of policies and insurance regulations to determine coverage, liability, and damages while keeping customers informed through phone and electronic communication.

Before claims, I built strong customer-facing and performance-driven experience as a Reservation Sales Agent and AT&T Lead Sales Consultant/Manager. At Disney, I planned Make A Wish vacations for sick children and their families, managed transportation, and handled inbound calls from a high-volume queue while exceeding KPI targets. At AT&T, I was “number one sales rep” and supported device troubleshooting, escalations, scheduling, payroll, and timecard corrections.

I bring a disciplined, organized approach developed across fast-paced environments, including maintaining website data accuracy and customer satisfaction in a remote setting. I’m a self-starter who solves problems, communicates clearly, and stays accountable to revenue goals, KPIs, and consistent service quality.
