I’m a claims and customer service professional with 10+ years of experience investigating claims, resolving customer concerns, handling escalations, and maintaining regulatory compliance. I’m known for managing complex cases by reviewing documentation, determining coverage, and coordinating claim resolutions that keep things moving.

In my current role as a Claims Adjuster Representative, I investigate and manage insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and state regulations. I communicate with policyholders, vendors, attorneys, and third parties, maintain detailed claim files, and balance multiple claims simultaneously to meet quality and productivity standards.
