What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise learning, workforce development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives where I can advise leaders, build evidence-based solutions, and improve workforce capability.

At the Department of Housing and Urban Development, I lead department-wide learning initiatives that advance employee development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic human capital priorities.

I've expanded HUD's internal learning portfolio by developing seven programs and delivering 23 sessions serving more than 600 employees in FY26, creating over $150,000 in annual cost avoidance. I also launched the cohort-based Soar Academy, which earned 100% positive participant evaluations and strengthened HUD's early-career talent pipeline.

I translate policy, Executive Orders, labor agreements, and OPM guidance into practical training, communications, and implementation resources. My work has supported HUD's return-to-office transition for more than 80% of employees, informed workforce skills-gap decisions, and brought data-driven evaluation practices to enterprise learning programs.

Previously, I helped establish a USCIS training branch, served as Acting Section Chief supervising eight employees, and led virtual learning continuity during COVID-19. Across federal government, consulting, education, and nonprofit leadership, I've built learning solutions, led teams, managed programs and budgets, and advised leaders on workforce strategy and organizational change.
