What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learner-centered training programs where I can partner with stakeholders, improve development processes, manage teams, and build accessible digital, blended, and instructor-led learning solutions.

I’m an instructional designer and learning professional with 10+ years of experience designing and developing learning for federal, corporate, and higher education environments.

My work spans eLearning, instructor-led and blended training, microlearning, curriculum development, storyboarding, multimedia, and learning experience design. I enjoy taking complex information from subject-matter experts and turning it into clear, practical learning that people can actually use.

Accessibility is an important part of my approach to digital learning, with a focus on WCAG and Section 508 principles. I’m also continuing to deepen my accessibility expertise through Trusted Tester study.

I bring a combination of hands-on instructional design experience and strong project management skills. I’m comfortable working independently, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and improving the processes behind learning development.

I’m currently focused on returning to a primarily instructional design/LXD role where I can spend more of my time designing, building, and improving learning experiences.
