I’m looking for a remote administrative support role where I can contribute through data entry, reporting, and organized workflows. I value structured processes, accuracy, and efficiency, and I enjoy supporting teams behind the scenes while continuing to grow my skills.

I’m an Operations & Reporting Specialist focused on turning high-volume performance data into clear, real-time decision support. I build dashboards, track KPIs on tight cadences, and make sure teams and CRMs operate with accurate, consistent information.

In my current role, I monitor team performance using dashboards and deliver performance reports every 15 minutes, hourly, and daily. This strengthens leadership decision-making, supports KPI recovery, and improves operational visibility in fast-moving environments.

I leverage Domo dashboards to analyze performance trends and use Zoho CRM to maintain and audit customer records for data accuracy and consistency. I also coordinate across CRM, dialer, and reporting systems to streamline workflows and reduce operational delays.

I’ve supported inbound and outbound operations using Convoso (VoIP/dialer) while handling scheduling, attendance tracking, and productivity reporting.
