What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused administrative/ops role where I can lead daily operations, manage invoicing and accounts receivable, and provide excellent service—while helping others succeed in a positive, face-paced environment.

I’m an Administrative Services Manager with 20 years of customer service experience and a focus on maintaining a positive attitude while helping people. I enjoy working in fast-paced environments and making sure customers and teams feel supported.

Since June 2016, I’ve led day-to-day administrative operations at B3 Electric, LLC, including Responsible for daily attendance of employees, Time card entry and record management, and Invoicing for 6 million worth of completed work annually. I manage Accounts receivable, enter both Business data and financial data, and produce Weekly and monthly operations reporting.

I work closely in Quickbooks Enterprise, supporting the team with New hire orientation and safety training modules. I take ownership of clean documentation, accurate processing, and consistent reporting so operations run smoothly and stay accountable.

Before that, I served as a Customer Service Rep at Personal Finance Company (February 2013 - June 2016), where I handled excellent communication in face-paced situations—Soliciting & Collecting on Accounts, Taking full applications, Pulling Credit, Closing Loans, and Processing payments on accounts. I’ve also built strong customer-facing skills as a Communications Consultant at InTouch Communications and through years as a Server and Cashier, ensuring hospitality, order accuracy, and resolving questions with professionalism.
