What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a hands-on technical leadership role to drive product strategy and digital transformation, solve systems and hardware challenges, and grow within a results-driven team.

I am an Information Technology Generalist with over 10 years of hands-on experience delivering reliable IT systems, hardware support and digital transformation across private and industrial environments.

Currently I lead technical strategy and product development, building roadmaps and driving implementation. Previously I served as a Transformer Technician where I configured substation main distribution boards and carried out HV electrical cable terminations on major installations, including projects at Takreer ADNOC and Deira City.

Earlier, as an Assistant Business Development Manager, I conducted system and technology needs assessments, supported system acquisition and installation, and performed project analyses and feasibility studies to guide client decisions and digital transformation efforts.

I hold a BSc in Information Technology with a focus on E-Commerce and Business Information Systems and I combine practical engineering experience with intermediate Salesforce CRM skills, LLM/AI interaction knowledge, and strong communication. I am adaptable, results-driven and committed to delivering dependable technical solutions on schedule.
