Migrated user data and emails to Microsoft 365, securing free licenses and achieving cost savings. Implemented and deployed Azure AD (Entrant) with Intune MDM security for users in Kenya and Uganda.

Managed regional IT support and inventory of all purchased software, hardware, and IT supplies across five countries. Developed and implemented IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and regulatory compliance. Led a multi-million project in systems integration, successfully rolling out Avaya/Cisco Systems integration and Time & Attendance setup across five countries.

Managed external and internal IT operations, including servers, networks, mail, firewall, and security. Implemented a robust backup system for servers using Symantec Backup Exec 12.5, replacing an outdated manual script system. Conducted user training on all hotel software and provided ongoing support.

Provided end-user support and performed daily data backups on the server using Symantec Backup Exec. Programmed and maintained electronic Ving Card door locks for guest rooms. Installed and supported various hotel software systems, including Fidelio V7.14, SunSystems V4.2.2, and Micros 9700 POS.
