What I'm looking for
I have spent the last 5+ years in SaaS sales roles — across Renewals and Account Management — where I did not just hit numbers; I helped others hit theirs too. That is where my passion for Sales Enablement began.
Over time, I became the go-to person for onboarding new hires, running tool training, and building sales playbooks. I created structured ramp-up programs, led enablement sessions across global teams (🌍 NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC), and reduced rep ramp time by 25%. I realized my impact goes beyond my own quota — I am at my best when enabling entire teams to perform.
