I'm looking to lead enterprise SaaS implementations, partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams, and drive successful onboarding, go-live, adoption, and post-launch value.

I'm supporting Cash Application implementations for Mid-Market enterprise customers at HighRadius, coordinating Solution Consultants, Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success through delivery, readiness, and go-live.

At Phreesia, I led end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through post-launch optimization. I owned timelines, risks, technical configuration, testing, client relationships, onboarding, and solution validation.

Previously at ADP, I managed US benefits implementations focused on carrier connectivity and file integrations, from requirements gathering and file-feed configuration through UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.

Across healthcare technology, benefits, banking, insurance, and recruitment, I translate technical solutions into business value while keeping stakeholders aligned and delivery moving forward.
