I’m an IT Support Executive and Technical Support Specialist with a B.Sc. in Electronics and Communication Systems and 2+ years of combined, customer-facing experience. I diagnose issues, operate CRM platforms, and communicate complex solutions clearly to non-technical users—always focused on fast, accurate resolution.

At Matrimony.com (Bharat Matrimony), I provided technical and functional support across chat, call, and email, resolving queries within SLA.
